| 心系灾区 全国劳模傅企平个人捐八万 |

当天最大的一笔捐款来自滕头村党委书记傅企平，这位全国劳模、两届全国人大代表捐了8万元。傅企平表示，他一直在关心地震灾区情况和灾区人民的处境。在18日之前他已经发动了村里的很多企业及老年协会、工会、共青团等积极为灾区人民募捐。市体育运动学校的柳琴15日已经去红十字会捐过款，并作为中学生的代表呼吁宁波的中学生为灾区捐款。柳琴的父母对女儿的爱心行为也十分支持，柳琴说：“他们都把钱给我，让我帮他们去捐。”成为火炬手，柳琴本来很兴奋，可现在她的心情却不一样了，“有些沉重，我想即使在传递火炬的时候也很难笑得很开心，会在心里默默地为灾区人民加油。”作为中学生，柳琴很想对灾区的同龄人说：“你们一定要坚强，我们在后方会是你们坚强的后盾。”
对来自挪威的欧佛罗德兰来说，能在异国他乡成为火炬手让他很高兴。不过，在宁波生活了近9年的他已经是半个宁波人了，还是宁波市荣誉市民。作为宁波北欧工业园区管理有限公司的董事长兼CEO，在捐款的时候，欧佛罗德兰说，每个人都应该帮助有困难的人，并且决定，在火炬传递结束后，向朋友们募集更多的捐款送到灾区。
代表大家发起倡议的王雷钧是市体育局副局长，也是一名排球裁判，执法过雅典奥运会沙滩排球比赛的他还将执法北京奥运会的比赛。他表示，这次圣火在宁波的传递大家都在心系灾区，希望浙川同心，战胜灾害。这次传递中很多安排都是为了灾区人民他希望有更多的市民能够加入到支持灾区人民的行列中。
